Terms of Service
Last updated: September 14, 2026.
This page is a general-purpose starting point, not legal advice. Have a qualified attorney review it against the specific laws that apply to your business and your visitors before you publish it.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Steadose ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of Steadose (the "Site"). By visiting the Site, using the Builder tool, creating an account, or subscribing to Medication Reminders, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. What the Site Does
The Builder lets you turn a medication list into a large-print, printable schedule. It's free to use, with no account required, and there's no limit on how many schedules you can create. If you create a free account, your schedule is saved to it so it's available across devices. The optional Medication Reminders add-on is a paid subscription, billed through Stripe, that emails you or a caregiver at the times you choose. You can cancel it at any time from the Pricing page.
3. Not Medical Advice
The Site is an organizational tool only. Nothing on it is medical advice, and it does not replace guidance from your doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified health provider. Always confirm dosage, timing, and instructions against your actual prescription labels. Reminder emails are a convenience, not a guaranteed-delivery medical alert system — email can be delayed, filtered as spam, or fail to arrive, so don't rely on them as your only way of remembering a dose.
4. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
Medication Reminders is billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis, processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Pricing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for, and we don't provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use it for anyone else's medical information without their knowledge and consent (for example, as a caregiver adding reminders for the person you care for is fine; adding a stranger's information without consent is not).
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its accounts, or its underlying systems.
- Use the Site to send spam, abusive messages, or anything unlawful through the reminder feature.
- Copy, resell, or repackage the Site's tools or content as your own product.
7. Your Content
You keep ownership of the medication schedule information you enter. By using an account or the Reminders feature, you give us permission to store and process that information solely to provide the Site's functionality to you (see the Privacy Policy for details on how it's handled).
8. Intellectual Property
The Site's design, layout, code, and branding belong to Steadose. You may print or download your own schedules for personal use. You may not copy or reuse the Site's design or code elsewhere without permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate, and we don't guarantee that reminder emails will always be delivered on time or at all.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steadose is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including a missed or late medication reminder. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Site or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your state/country], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
